Employment · Civil rights · Injury · Mass torts

Serious claims. Direct answers.

Attorneys from national firms and the prosecutor's office prepare every case as if it will go to trial, with software that keeps the record complete and you informed.

How we work

Prepared for the fight, clear with you

We build the factual record early, keep strategy decisions with your attorney, and explain fee terms in writing before any engagement. You should know where the case stands without chasing updates.

Our approach

Fair terms don't happen. They're argued.

After workplace retaliation, a civil rights violation, a wrongful death, a harmful product, or a high-stakes commercial fight, the other side usually has more resources and more lawyers. We take selected matters where the facts support real litigation — and we explain fee terms in writing before any engagement.

Getting started

What to expect when you contact us

From your first submission to a clear answer on whether we can help.

  1. Fill out the case evaluation in a few minutes. Write it in your own words.

  2. An attorney reads your submission. We may ask for documents or follow-up details.

  3. If we can help, we explain options, timing, and whether hiring us makes sense.

  4. On the contingency matters we take, you owe attorney fees only if we recover money for you.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is the case evaluation free?
Yes. The evaluation is free and confidential. Filling it out does not hire us or create an attorney-client relationship.
Do I pay anything if you take my case?
We handle most cases on a contingency fee basis: you pay no attorney fees unless we recover compensation for you. In some matters a retainer may be required. Your attorney will explain the fee structure that applies before any agreement is signed.
What kinds of cases do you handle?
Employment litigation, civil rights and immigration-related claims, wrongful death and catastrophic injury, mass torts / class actions, and arbitration brought on behalf of employees and consumers. We also advise small businesses and startups on employment matters. We usually decline routine car-accident claims and family law.
Do you take cases nationwide?
Yes — we consider matters from anywhere in the country. Many federal claims can be pursued regardless of where you live, and where a case calls for it we associate qualified local counsel in your state, at no extra fee to you. Do not rule yourself out on geography: tell us what happened and we will tell you whether we can help.
How quickly will I hear back?
We review submissions as they come in and contact you by the method you choose. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911. A form is not an emergency line.
What should I have ready?
Names of the people or companies involved, where and roughly when it happened, and any records you already have (medical records, emails, photos, grievances, immigration paperwork). You can upload files in the form.
